Privacy Policy

We do not store any transaction-related data such as credit card numbers, as during payment you are redirected to the Płatności.pl system or to the Customer’s online banking website. The entire transaction is encrypted, as indicated by the padlock icon displayed in the browser’s address bar.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The administrator of personal data collected through the Online Store is DANIEL CIEŚLAK conducting business activity under the name FHU FIT-SHOP DANIEL CIEŚLAK, registered office address: Al. The personal data of the Service User (Customer) is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and regulations concerning electronic services.

The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of persons whose data is processed and ensures in particular that the data collected is:

  • processed lawfully,
  • collected for specified and legitimate purposes,
  • not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
  • accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
  • stored no longer than necessary for achieving the purpose of processing.

All terms, expressions, and acronyms appearing on this page and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) shall be understood in accordance with their definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store available at:

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:

  • establishing, shaping the content of, changing, performing, or terminating the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service User (Customer) related to providing Electronic Services through the Online Store or concluding and performing a Sales Agreement and delivering products to the Customer,
  • direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services.

If the Customer uses postal or courier delivery methods, the Administrator provides the Customer’s personal data to the selected carrier only to the extent necessary to complete the delivery.

If the Customer uses electronic payments or payment cards, the Administrator provides the Customer’s personal data to the payment operator only to the extent necessary to process the payment.

The Administrator processes the following personal data of Customers:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country),
  • delivery address and invoice address if different from the main address.

For Customers who are entrepreneurs/business entities, the Administrator additionally processes:

  • company name,
  • VAT number (NIP).

Providing the above personal data is necessary for the provision of Electronic Services or the conclusion of a Sales Agreement.

The Administrator automatically collects data contained in Cookies during the use of the Online Store website. Cookies are text files stored on the User’s device and are used, among others, to remember shopping cart contents. Cookies are not used to obtain any confidential information about Users. Users may disable Cookies in their browser settings.

The Administrator may also process operational data regarding the use of Electronic Services, including:

  • identifiers of telecommunications systems,
  • information about the beginning, end, and scope of use of Electronic Services,
  • information regarding the use of Electronic Services.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Using the Online Store and concluding agreements for Electronic Services or Sales Agreements is voluntary. The data subject independently decides whether to use the services or conclude agreements.

Personal data processing is permitted when:

  • the data subject gives consent,
  • it is necessary for the performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

The processing of personal data by the Administrator is always based on lawful grounds related to contract performance or actions requested before entering into a contract.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The Customer has the right to:

  • access their personal data,
  • rectify their data,
  • request deletion or restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • data portability,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, the Customer may use account settings or contact the Administrator by e-mail at: sklep@fit-shop.pl or in writing to the Administrator’s correspondence address.

GDPR INFORMATION

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of personal data is Mr. Daniel Cieślak, owner of Camper Parts 3D, Łódź, Poland.
  2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment purposes pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Administrator under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  3. Recipients of personal data may include courier companies, postal operators, legal authorities, and entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator.
  4. Personal data will be processed for a period of 6 years or as long as justified by the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  5. The data subject has the rights listed above under GDPR regulations.
  6. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide such data may prevent order fulfillment.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The Online Store may contain links to external websites. The Administrator is not responsible for the privacy policies of those websites and recommends reviewing their policies separately.

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of personal data appropriate to the risks involved, including:

  • SSL encrypted connections,
  • encrypted storage of personal data on servers,
  • protection against unauthorized access,
  • encrypted authentication data,
  • access to accounts only via individual login and password.
